Clouding up
So far January has been worse than December, something I didn't think possible.
But there has been good news. Wednesday's CT scan showed marked reduction in the size of the tumors and there were no progressions. Taxotere is definitely working for me a second time and I'm grateful for that. Now, if I can just get through the last three cycles with an immune system that isn't cooperating these days.
The other good news is that rain is finally in the forecast. We're getting desperate here in northern California - no rain here, no snow in the Sierra mountain range and therefore no skiing which is creating more economic havoc for the resorts. But the weekend is supposed to bring us real rain, not just sprinkles.
I love rain!

I am glad the tumors are shrinking. That is some really good news. I told my sister yesterday, how you were doing and mentioned your immune system so she will be having her prayer group praying for you. Might as well use every tool available!
ReplyDeleteI am hoping rain comes soon too! I don't care much for the cold temps that seem to come with it but rain is sorely needed.
