What herb garden?

I wasn't working today and had time to have a long quiet lunch with a friend instead.  It was so hot that being indoors enjoying iced tea and cool air was definitely the right thing to do.

The cool down begins tomorrow and I absolutely have to get my herb garden planted.  The original plan was to complete it last weekend and the plants are patiently waiting for me on the kitchen counter.

Well, at least I have a plan.
