Slogging off pounds
I'm getting so bored with food journaling! However, I know it's the best way to keep track and lose weight so I'm just looking for alternative ways to draw the pages.
I've been walking over two miles most days recently and feel the stronger for it. All the rain in northern California has given everything a slow start and walking is in that mix. I'm not much of a rain walker... yet.
A year ago I weighed 20 pounds more than I do now so I am actually losing weight, but it is a very, very slow proposition.
...I like how you're doing a food journal. I've been working like mad to shed weight also. So far, I'm at 19 pounds. It's a slow process for me too. My hubby lost all of his weight in 5 months--30 lbs! Men... :-)

Good for you, plugging away at the weight! Losing it that way, you'll keep it off. Awesome! Hang in there! Cool that you can make every your food diary interesting. That's an artist for you!
