I packed a dozen of Rosie's finest so we have fresh eggs from home.  Besides breakfast they will go into French toast served with sausage and canary melon for a light evening meal.  I told the kids I would cook, but they have to wash dishes - the old-fashioned way.  First, roll up your sleeves.....
