'Twas a good day. I worked three hours, cooked a pot of turkey noodle soup, read for a long, long time, did some online shopping and took a great nap. For two days after chemotherapy that's plenty. I really don't like it when a day feels totally wasted, no matter how ill I feel - and today I felt fairly well.
The cold continues with nights at about 30º F. - that's California, folks! Steve had to scrape ice off the windshield before he could drive this morning. Tomorrow will be warmer and rain is forecasted for the weekend. I'll love it!
Sounds like you did plenty for anyone. This would be close to a typical day for me - you are such a go-getter! My son said it was 27 degrees in Oceanside the other day. He'd just planted an herb garden; I hope it survived. This is pretty cold up there. Hope it doesn't bother grapevines and such.
