On 01.02.02, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Too late for surgery, I had chemotherapy, which failed. In May the chemotherapy was changed and I was soon in remission which was celebrated and welcome and lasted nine years - until October 2011. There was progression in 2011 so more treatment was indicated and I am now back in partial remission. But I'm not only a cancer patient - I also enjoy my family, walk my dogs and am learning to draw and paint. Life is good!

Sunny day in .... bed

So I got up, wrote my weekly letter to my kids, walked two miles, attended a 90-minute meeting, watched the last episode on an In Treatment disc, and I've felt awful the entire time. It's 1:45 p.m. and I'm headed to bed for the afternoon. I'm hoping this is short-lived and related to the migraine I had yesterday, not germy or anything. That's my hope.

  1. Sounds like you got a lot accomplished prior to heading to bed. Hope this is not a full-blown migraine nor the flu. Please feel better soon.

  2. Hope it's nothing but an off day.
