On 01.02.02, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Too late for surgery, I had chemotherapy, which failed. In May the chemotherapy was changed and I was soon in remission which was celebrated and welcome and lasted nine years - until October 2011. There was progression in 2011 so more treatment was indicated and I am now back in partial remission. But I'm not only a cancer patient - I also enjoy my family, walk my dogs and am learning to draw and paint. Life is good!

A three egg day

This evening I taught the art journaling class how to bind Japanese stab journals which the group seemed to really enoy. That's the end of the bookbinding business for me for a while - I need to get back to filling the pages. The class itself has only one more session which will be a wrap-up on how to finish off pages.

There were no eggs yesterday - I guess Rosie was recalibrating so she wouldn't lay during the night. But this morning there were two eggs before noon and a third one arrived before supper. It's obviously more than just Rosie laying eggs, but I don't know who else is involved. Is it Rosie and one other or two? Truly, I haven't a clue!

  1. You are going to have to set up a video camera if you want to find out! At least you are getting eggs and since you don't plan to put the non-layers into the frying pan, it probably doesn't matter too much except for satisfying your curiousity.
