Out of Dodge
Dounton Abbey is finished for another sesason and I don't know know how I will manage the waiting until the next one begins again - next fall, isn't it? I'm going to look for the book in print to reread as far as I've got to keep the storyline and characters in place thus far.
I can almost read comfortably right now. Another three drops and I'll have all the clarity of the new print in place and be ready to go.
All what's on the mind these days is packing for Honolulu and getting us packed and out the door. I'll really be looking forward to seeing our son and Daughter-in-Law and giving up all these notions of illness and pain. I's been a long time - three surgeries and an infection - I'm truly ready to be somewhere else. Did you know that Hawaii is the highest consumer of Spam in the United States? It is served on the regular McDonald's menu although I've never ordered it there myself.
I'll be attending one conference for continuing eductions units, but mostly just doing nothing.
Spam! I never liked that stuff as it was way too salty for me. My son-in-law likes it yet he normally doesn't care for salty foods (or so he says as some of his favorite foods are pizza and popcorn).
ReplyDeletePack a sweater as my niece keeps saying on Facebook how cold it is there right now and my brother complains he has to wear a shirt with an undershirt this winter over there!
