Not laboring this weekend

I can hear a chicken crowing as I write - obviously very proud of the egg she has just laid, the product of her work!

I am enjoying the respite.  I will work a few hours tomorrow, the official holiday, but I have been reading and drawing all weekend so, for me, there's less to crow about and more down time to relish.  The weather is the epitome of perfection - not too cool, not too warm, just Goldilocks right!
