Tangled Christmas

The weather folks are forecasting an entire week of rain, missing a day here and there.  It all starts tonight with the big storm on the weekend.  I am positively gleeful, it's my kind of weather!

Tomorrow is an infusion day, no big deal and Demi will accompany me.  She's a sweet little dog and the nurses, patients and visitors adore her.  She usually rests at my feet and watches the activities of healing in action, or so we hope.  Elizabeth Edwards lost her fight this year.  Prominent deaths do have an affect on other cancer patients, but we try to remember that each situation is unique and we react to treatments individually. As I near a nine-year remission anniversary I am truly aware of that, the prognoses and statistics had nothing to say to me, absolutely nothing!
