All the secrets
Have you ever wanted to journal but you're afraid someone would find out what you wrote? One way to avoid that is to write over what you've written - lots of times and in various inks.
Even YOU won't be able to deciper the words but you won't want to by then. Whatever was so upsetting, it will be history.
This piece was done over a six week period. There were actually only four days when I wrote, but each time I was in a snit about something or someone. This evening, when the page was finally finished, I brushed over all of it with a wet brush. Some of the inks were water soluble, some weren't, but that didn't matter either.
No one will know what I wrote. I won't be sued for defamation of character. I can even safely publish it on the Internet without discovery. There now, I feel so much better!
LOL That's a great idea! Why didn't I think of that?!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant!
ReplyDeleteThis is the most creative way I've ever heard to have the freedom to express, but eliminating its power to hurt. It's just brilliant! As I go over a page, I can ceremoniously let it all go by creating something beautiful - a blossom from the compost. Ohmygoodness, Barbara THANKS
ReplyDeleteGood solution, for sure! nancy
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cool idea! I've heard of writing something, then riping it out & burning it but I can't bring myself to rip anything out of a book, journal or otherwize! I love this idea!
