Pushing on through
I have been trying very hard not to whine, but this is Day Four and I feel awful. I didn't cancel any work hours (possibly a mistake) but went to bed in between client sessions. I'm coughing and coughing now, but have a codeine mix to keep that under control. Woe is me!
Yesterday I cleared off one little shelf over the kitchen sink that keeps turning itself into a catch-all. Then I set out six largish mugs that we don't use very much because they are so big, and added little cuttings and set them back in the sun. Hopefully I'll soon have new plants and no new clutter. This little geranium is in a See's candy mug.
Last night I shampooed carpets so we woke up to clean, clean, clean with no doggy smells. I should do it more often!
Spring break is officially over so tomorrow: back to class I go....
This is so sweet and a danged good idea too. I'm resisting the gardens siren call so far. I get so overwhelmed though I do so enjoy it when I do go out. Silly me I ought to take a page from your book. Just do it!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for the cuttings, it looks lovely! Hope you feel much better soon :-)
ReplyDeleteSweet painting, cuttings are a joy aren't they?
