Still can't draw
You know how some of us never hire people to clean our homes because we would have to clean our homes before we could hire someone? That's the way I feel about my drawing skills -- I have to learn how to draw before I can take a class to learn how to draw. To that end, I continue to practice. And scratch my head in wonderment, how does Andrea Joseph do it using cheap throwaway ballpoint pens? (If you don't know Andrea Joseph, click on her blog link on my sidebar.)
I sure wish I knew!! I just came from her blog. Such gorgeous pictures out of a pen that I can't even write with decently!
ReplyDeleteOf course you can draw honey - the problem is not with your drawing, it is with comparing it to other people's drawing. I enjoy coming and seeing your work.
ReplyDeleteI totally get the housework thing though; every Wednesday as I leave for work I think of our 'once a week doer' coming in and shudder slightly...
